San Fernando Valley Boudoir Photography Session with the Gorgeous Christina!
My Boudoir Photography Session in the San Fernando Valley with the gorgeous Christina Gomez was an absolute blast! She started off a little bit nervous - pretty much everybody does - but then - BAM! She exploded with awesome, confident energy.
As we planned our Photo Session out in the weeks and days leading up, we talked on the phone and emailed, and she sent me a bunch of photos of outfits she was thinking of wearing. Boudoir Photography can be whatever you want it to be, so it's important to bring wardrobe pieces that match your personality. Christina ended up bringing a bunch of different pieces, including her roller skates from Roller Derby! Roller Derby Boudoir is a thing!
The Boudoir Photography Session with Christina was super fun, and she brought great energy. It can be a workout in of itself. Luckily, all that Roller Derby paid off, as she hit every pose I threw at her like a boss. I guide all my clients through every pose, so you don't have to be a model to do a Boudoir Photography Session, but you will definitely feel like one.

How old were you at your session?
I was 37.
What made you decide to do a Boudoir Photography session?
I wanted to feel beautiful. I wanted to have something special for myself.
What were you most nervous about for your session?
I was nervous about not looking my best.
How did you feel after seeing your photos?
Amazing! Cowen did a wonderful job making me feel beautiful. I felt like Cowen captured my best me.
What was your favorite part of the session?
Dressing up, putting on different outfits. Getting my makeup done.
What would you tell someone who’s interested in doing a Boudoir Photography session of their own, but still not sure?
They should definitely do it. It will be so fun. You will feel beautiful and will always have good memories and pictures of yourself. It will boost your confidence.
Would you do another Boudoir Photography session?
Yes, definitely I would do it again.
What was it like working with Cowen?
Lots of fun and laughs. He made me feel so comfortable. No pressure, just a fun and relaxing atmosphere.
Anything else you want to add?
I just had a fun experience, I felt beautiful and confident. To have pictures of myself I can look back on, and be proud of myself as a woman and not feel ashamed for feeling beautiful is a liberating feeling. Thank you, Cowen, for helping me feel beautiful on the inside and out.
